Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training is designed to provide delegates with a good understanding of the basic Lean Six Sigma methods to improve their own day-to-day work processes and provide support to Green and Black Belts. Yellow Belts will gain the tools and techniques to capably assist in the implementation of projects, developing a common language and way of working which will encourage efficiency and drive productivity.
