As CQM is one of the few training organisations to offer a money back guarantee for its bespoke management training programmes we have to ensure that your training objectives are clearly agreed with you, mapped out and measurable. Thus ensuring maximum success from the training intervention designed for you.
We therefore work closely with our clients to establish detailed aims and objectives focussed not only on developing your managers but also improving your organisations performance, whether business or public sector.
We design work based activities which compel the learning to be absorbed and practiced during the programme. We also agree with you specific business improvement team project(s) that your candidates can undertake to further embed understanding and competence.
Our programmes are structured over a period of months specifically to minimise business disruption and to allow time for each element of training to be adequately absorbed and practiced. This is the significant difference between our bespoke tailored training and off the shelf “college” type programmes, where little of the training is actually used or implemented.
If required CQM can also provide qualifications for your staff, as we are a registered assessment centre for both BTEC and EMTA awarding body.
Essentially if your staff on our bespoke, management training programme are unable to themselves identify savings at least to the value of the training course – we refund your fee!
