WHS Halo – One of the UK's leading suppliers of window extrusions.
A Lean Implementation programme working with a cross functional operational team who achieved savings in excess of £200,000.
Dyson Refractories – One of the UK’s leading suppliers of refractory products.
The company was keen to improve operational efficiency and embarked on a shop floor focussed Lean Programme, savings achieved exceeded £200,000 and further identified savings of £400,000 on two sites.
Galgon UK Ltd – Galgon is a Scottish based PCB assembler and manufacturer.
The company attended one of CQM’s Lean Management Thinking programmes in Scotland and the teams on the programme implemented savings of over £86,000.
Nestle Purina Petcare – Part of the Nestle group and incorporating such brands as Friskies and Bonio.
Cross functional operational teams used QCD data to bring about substantial improvements to an area of production initially developing savings of £86,000 in waste alone.
British Bakeries – The home of Mother’s Pride, Hovis and Nimble.
A Lean Implementation programme working with 4 separate shop floor teams who themselves identified over £5m of operational cost savings over a 6 month period.
