Tetrosyl Ltd – Manufacturer of T-Cut, Car Plan and other car care top brands. In developing the company’s junior management team savings in excess of £300,000 were identified as a result of increased throughput, reduced work in progress, increased capacity, all delivered as part of their training programme.

DPG Form Fittings – UK leader in the design of innovative office cabling systems.
A group of team leaders were developed in management skills and undertook a range of business improvement projects as part of their training project savings identified £52,200.

DQS – Manufacturer of components for the window and building industry.
The junior managers who were trained by CQM established several work based projects primarily aimed at improving sales.  £117,000 of new business was generated and 41 new accounts opened as a result of the training activities.

SSF – Market leaders in the field of special fastener technology.
This programme has not only provided management with a process to help our team leaders, it has more importantly given them the opportunity to apply the achievement of measurable cost reductions.  Savings implemented £124,600.

 It is evident that large problems can be solved with simple solutions. The presentations made by the DQS team has shown that we have achieved success through employee involvement and improved communication.
