Commissioned by one of the UKs largest and most popular food brands to support the implementation of Lean across 4 of their sites.

Training numbers passed the 8000 mark in a single year.

Since starting to measure client identified savings the recorded savings achieved to date exceeded £25.5m.

2003

Engaged by the South Yorkshire LSC to deliver Lean implementation solutions and junior management training across the region.

2000

Commissioned by 6 regional LSCs to support local businesses implement Lean practices.

1998

Commissioned by Scottish Enterprise to design and deliver their flagship Lean Management Thinking programme, supported by Scotland’s Entrepreneur of the Year.

1996

Commissioned by the Heart of England TEC to author a series of Open Learning Workbooks on Kaizen, Understanding Customer Needs, Partnership Sourcing, Motivational Leadership and Developing Exports.

1993

Commissioned by the BBC to author the workbook that accompanied their award winning series Get Better or Get Beaten, featuring Masaki Imai.

1983

1983 CQMs Managing Director exposed to Toyota’s revolutionary production processes whilst running a vehicle assembly plant abroad – his 25 year exposure to Lean began.
