CQM Training and Consultancy Ltd have been designing and delivering training and Consultancy solutions since incorporation back in 1993. We discovered very early in our existence that companies need to see measurable outcomes and benefits to their in house consultancy and training programmes.
This is why we always select our delivery staff from people who have experience at management level within industry, whilst also possessing acquired abilities to coach and facilitate others.
Our teams of deliverers come from a wide range of industries and between them we have worked in virtually every sector imaginable since commencing our Lean work back in the mid 90s. With over 10 years of Lean Implementation support experience and hundreds of projects completed the expression “but you don’t understand our business” just doesn’t apply. We understand how to help organisations implement Lean and develop their management.
We have provided a brief background for some of our key team members. We also draw on the experience of a number of highly skilled associates based around the UK and Europe.
