CQM Training and Consultancy Ltd have been designing and delivering training and consultancy solutions since incorporation back in 1993.  We discovered very early in our existence that companies need to see measurable outcomes and benefits to their in house consultancy and training programmes.  Over the last couple of years this has been reinforced with the introduction of client financial agreement and sign off for all Lean implementation projects.

This is why we always select our delivery staff from people who have experience at management level within industry, whilst also possessing acquired abilities to coach and facilitate others at al levels of our client’s organisations.

Our teams of deliverers come from a wide range of industries and between them we have worked in virtually every sector imaginable since commencing our Lean work back in the mid 90s.  With over 17 years of Lean Implementation experience and hundreds of projects completed the expression “but you don’t understand our business” just doesn’t apply.  We understand how to help organisations implement Lean, change their culture and develop their management teams.

Over the last 3 years our team have also undergone a wide range of professional development exercises in conjunction with our National Skills Academy partners.  Details of these qualifications can be provided if required.
